You must supply correct information about yourself

2) Mailing address,
3) Phone Number,
4) E-Mail Address.
We may also request your sex, marital status, political affiliation, education, photo, etc... to keep biography pages on our Contributing Writers.
Ownership
1) Submissions to The-Independent-Journal.com can not returned,
2) All submissions are the property of The-Independent-Journal.com once received.
3) The-Independent-Journal.com has complete control over when and how submissions are published,
Compensation
1) The-Independent-Journal.com does not pay Contributing Writers,
2) The-Independent-Journal.com provides a byline to all Contributing Writers submissions published,
3) The-Independent-Journal.com provides a biography page to all Contributing Writers,
4) The-Independent-Journal.com provides an E-Mail Account to all Contributing Writers (example: j.doe@the-independent-journal.com).
Cancelation
1) Either party can at any time, for any reason, cancel this contract,
2) Cancelation must be made by E-Mail from your name@the-independent-journal.com account,
3) Cancelation will be considered final three (3) business days after the SENT DATE.
Your Consent To This Agreement
By submitting the application to become a Contributing Writer to The-Independent-Journal.com, you consent to the Terms of Publishing as specified above. If we decide to change our Terms of Publishing, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of the Terms of Publishing.
